I hired this company on 8-25-2021. The movers damaged my furniture and also left some of my things on the truck. I called the company and notified them of what took place, they said they were going to take care of it and Im still waiting.

We just used EkoMovers to fully pack our 4000 square foot home. It was so amazing! A crew of 5 super friendly guys showed up right on time and assessed what we had. Very quickly, they had everything packed securely and well organized. I didnt believe they could finsih in one day but they did. Quick and easy! I would highly recommend this service, especially the full pack. It is so worth it!

Everything went well until the end when began to start rushing. When they left, I sat on my bed and it fell. They did not put it back together correctly. I am going to have to pay someone to put it together. There were other things that I will not mention but the customer service representatives were awesome!!!

They damaged my furniture, they physically threatened me, at one point one guy was over by my car and saw him walk away from my car, and my passenger car door had been opened and not shut. Not sure what he was doing he had no reason to be there, they made fun of my furniture, they drug furniture across my concrete driveway, just threw my rug off the truck onto the ground. They were laughing and playing while wrapping furniture. Missing one of the legs to my couch. they left cigarette butts on my front yard. One guy got mad at the house and could not figure out how to attach the dresser to the truck. Did not secure the dolly and blankets. He did not act professional toward me, they did not put the furniture in the storage unit like I asked them. I do not have the room to add more now.

My move was a two-day pack and move. Many moving companies called me, but Emmanuel with EKOMOVERS won me over. Arriving early on the first day, the packing team packed up the entire house by mid-afternoon. On day two the guys again turned up slightly early and had everything in the truck by the end of lunchtime, and 3 level home was not a challenge for them at all. They were friendly, professional, and efficient, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have booked such a great moving team. Moving is always stressful, but they made it easy for us. We highly recommend EkoMovers!

The owner promised 3 moving men only 2 arrived and they arrived several hours later than expected.. 1 worker pleasant and cooperative other ill-mannered and stubborn. Most of the move was performed adequately however they were planning to give up moving a refrigerator into the house and ready to leave it in the garage when they could not figure out how to bring it in. I had to instruct them in the maneuvers necessary. On the plus side the price was right.

I had a very good experience with Eko. Randy and the woman I spoke on the phone were personable, kind and informative. The movers Mike and Bryan were so patient, kind and courteous. They worked none stop and took great care in protecting my belongings before loading and care in loading and unloading. They did all that I ask and even moved a couple items from one area to another that was not coming or going. This was my first time using long distance movers...I could not have had a better experience...and out of four estimates...the best price. I would definitely use again and highly recommend.
