The quality of work is terrible. The lady I corresponded with seemed very organized and nice, but we will have to have the entire job re-done bc its such poor workmanship. They did come out once for a re-do but we will still need to have it re-done. For reference, it was a plain white subway tile backsplash in a kitchen. There is grout all over the tile, the outlet covers do not cover properly now (electric outlet shows, the cover plate does not cover bc they did not tile all The way up to the outlet so there is a gap now) and some tile is going the wrong direction.

Monique, Ramiro were very professional. They were punctual. They cleaned up after themselves, and they were fast. They were very reasonable with their price. My laundry room looks wonderful. I would most definitely hire them again, and recommend them.

I was very impressed with Ramiro and Monique's work that they did for me. I hired them to re-tile my bathtub area and they did an excellent job and it looks beautiful. I liked the way how they laid out the pattern. I highly recommend them. I will hire them for future projects.

Excellent customer service. El Catrin saved my backsplash! The owner is very professional and extremely skilled. He takes the time and pays attention to the small details to make sure the job is done right the first time! I only wish I had found them sooner as I had El Catrin repair and complete a glass tile backsplash started by another contractor. I am extremely happy with their work and highly recommend El Catrin Tile Services. I will definitely be calling them again for future tile projects.
