Reasonable pricing for work done.

This is a late review, but it maybe better because of it. El Zorro poured a large rounded patio with a fire pit about 2.5 years ago and it is AWESOME!!! It is still on great condition and has not cracked and has no spalling. I would recommend them hands down!

On time

Jose and his crew were excellent to have around the house; they showed up and worked hard. The finished product is excellent. The issue we had was the final number. We were quoted $12,600 for a 40x70 pad. Going into the process, we told El Zorro that they underbid the job, and we expected a couple thousand in overages. Which was fine, they did come in below any other bid (lowest besides El Zorro was $18,000). We offered our tractor for use to help reduce cost and even provided rebar we had. At the end of the job, El Zorro gave us the final overage number... $7,200.00. That brought the total of the job to $19,800. To say we were shocked would be an understatement. On top of that, they wanted payment three days later on a Monday. They provided receipts, per our request. After looking at those receipts, it showed they underestimated the amount of concrete needed by 20 yards. They also underestimated the necessary block and gravel. All in all, we are happy with the concrete but upset by the overage. We had a total budget for our building based around this concrete quote, and the overage took the remainder of that budget and now has brought our build to a standstill financially. In times like today, being economically responsible is critical and coming in 57% over budget is reckless.

ElZorro is the concrete company I will use again. We highly recommend them! Our old, cracked concrete driveway was removed and a new one poured. During the process, his crew (polite and courteous) kept the job site clean and removed ALL debris with very minimal yard disruption. They all are detailed and experienced. He was very prompt on estimate and completed project on time. I have had many neighbors stop and compliment the new driveway! THANK YOU ELZORRO!
