I reached out to Elaine for my mother's kitchen cabinets as a Christmas gift. Elaine is awesome to work with, her customer service is great with replies in a timely manner. She moved things along quickly and got out to my moms house and helped her select a color. The individuals assisting with the project worked in a timely manner and did a great job. They even called the neighbor over for my mom's dog who was having a seizure while they were there and my mom was out. Thanks for all of the great work and kindness. Would most definitely recommend!

The quote was responsive and the date for scheduling of the work was as she stated when she came to our house to quote the project. Her crew that came to the house worked well together. They came in and got to work immediately and finished the whole house (small condo) the same day.

Did a poor job cleaning after wallpaper removal. Only sent one person on day two and it took him an entire 8 hours instead of 4 like we were told. He didn t say anything to us and kept going upstairs. Creeped me out a little. Glad the work is done.

Painting was great. The before and after- amazing!

The job from beginning to end was handled professionally. They were able to accommodate me on my very tight timeframe and the house (cabinets, walls, trim, doors) all looked fantastic. I will definitely use them again in the future and have already given two referrals to family and friends!

They were prompt, respectful, quick to clean up. I was a little disappointed with the lack of communication and response to my questions. Overall I was pleased with the work and would definitely recommend this business.

Elaine was a bit more expensive than two other estimates we received but we appreciated her thoroughness in listing everything that was included. We were very happy with the work, particularly because one of the painters stopped by the next day to take care of anything that needed touch ups. They completed the project as scheduled. Elaine did miss an appointment we had to go over the final contract but she came the next day which is the reason we gave her 4.5 on customer service. Otherwise, it was a great experience working with her. Her crew was very professional and courteous of our home. Definitely hard workers!
