We have hired Elam, through the recommendation of our realtor, twice. Once to repair the flashing around our chimney and once to improve the ventilation in our attic. We appreciated his professional advice and good work ethic. Additionally, Elam was very conscientious in not tracking in the snow with the messy weather, which I greatly appreciated. If you find we need his services again, we would not hesitate to hire him in the future.
