Beware, Shawn or whatever his real name is, seems to establish new business to gain customers and sign contracts for work he never inteds to complete.

They texted to cancel 3 minutes after the install appointment started. Said their saw broke, they did not know when it would be fixed, maybe a week. I asked them to let me know. Never heard from them again despite reaching out.

They will cause nothing but grief. They will take your money, never finish the work, and their work is the worst. If you hire them, you will end up having to hire someone else to come in and repair the p**s poor work that they do. Norman P. Elation Creations Construction, LLC is neither trustworthy nor reputable, they will make promises and never keep their word, they may even walk away from the job before the work is even finished. The address they list for their business is fake. The work they do is subpar. If you hire these two individuals you will most likely have to pay someone to come in after them to correct the shoty work that they do.

He received 2/3 of the payment and then walked off the job. Would never recommend this individual for anything.

Do NOT hire these folks! On first impression, they seem to have their act together however things went south very quickly. 1. Never showed up on time - would promise to be at house **first thing** the next day and we would still be waiting at 6:30 pm. 2. Did not follow directions. Asked him to cut back crown molding and baseboards, install 2 cabinets and create a built-in look? he did not do any of that and created a huge disaster. 3. Destroyed some expensive materials which now have to be replaced. 4. I asked for a 1/2 Refi d of my deposit and he agreed to do so that day, but never showed up. We have called, emailed, and texted all of their various numbers and received no response. I will be forced to take legal action.

My first impressed I like how open they are and they have excellent customer service, I was impressed with their professionalism. They helped us with bathrooms, floors. They did take the extra mile. They re-did the bathroom. They worked around my schedule.

They were at my home 2 hours after first contact with them and it was even Mothers Day. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
