They could not give a straight answer about their hourly rate, provide a proper receipt or itemized invoice for over 30 days. On top of that, they padded the hours to cover costs that had nothing to do with the service. Their communication was defensive and dismissive.

Awesome group of people. My older parents were have health issues related to the heat. The home did not have A/C but needed it bad and fast. B.P Electric refereed me to Elbert Heating and Air. I told them my situation. with in a week and a half we were up and running with A/C. Install was fast, work was very clean and professional. Cost was less then expected. Now they get to come out and work on my business a/c as well. What a great experience. I have no hesitation in hiring these folks again.
