Dustin was always on time. Very responsive and reliable. He did a great job hooking up all of our TVs, setting up our satellite dish and making sure there were no exposed cables on the walls. We were very happy with his work and will definitely be using his services again for all of our electrical work, including the recessed lighting we would like to add soon.

Dustin--"President" was ridiculously off on his estimate for repair. 1 hour turned to 5 hours. It took him 2 hours to figure out the problem, when he should have been well versed on TiVO and Time Warner and known what the issue was just from my initial problem statement. When I approved the solution, he told me it would take another hour. Try 3 hours later! Dustin needs to get more accurate on his time because if I had known it would take that long, I never would have done it. What a waste of my money.

Dustin does great work! He's very thorough yet efficient. He installed all my TVs with no wires showing anywhere, set up a universal remote control, installed Apple TV, the list goes on. He even introduced me to technology that I didn't even know existed! Went out of his way to make sure I got the best "bang for my buck" so to speak, I would highly recommend his services! As a plus, I felt very comfortable with him working in my home without my husband there.

Dustin did an excellent job setting up my home theater system. Dustin was extremely neat with his work and left everything as good as new. My true test of his professionalism was when ever I called him after the job was done he took my call and answered my questions.

We completely renovated our house and Dustin helped us invision what we were looking to do and within our budget. He wired and installed speakers throughout the house and patio and our surround sound in the living room. Dustin Needle, the man behind Alden Audio Video, is great to work with. He is a terrific technician, and knows the equipment inside-out. He diagnosed our situation and made a set of recommendations to take advantage, where, possible, of existing equipment, while upgrading an 18-year old system to state-of-the-art current technology. He was willing to work with us on costs to get the system down to a level we felt was a good value. Most importantly, Dustin always arrived right on time for scheduled appointments, and finished the work as promised. Post-installl support has also been phenomenal.
