The onsite information gathering portion of the inspection usually takes 2 hours or less depending on the size and age of the house. This saves the buyer and the agents time. As potential Buyers for a newly constructed home, we engaged Elden Inspection for its review. He was easily contactable, responsive and remained accessible during the process. Dave was thorough and detailed in his review, we would say, a notch about the rest, when compared to other inspections. We remarked he had a keen eye to detect issues, existing or potential, (surely aided by his experience as a Builder...) which he supported in detail with photos and explanation and not just pages of standard templates with which most Inspectors pad their reports. His price point is also within the market range. Would definitely recommend Elden Inspection and are again considering Dave for future use!

Dave was a true professional in all aspects of this home inspection, he was very informative about problems & took a lot of pictures which he added to his final report that helped us out with our too do list. He was very helpful on what to keep or take out around the outside of house that could cause damage at a later date. He was the best inspector I have ever worked with in forty years in the construction work.
