We lost an area of shingles in Hurricane Ida causing roof leaks. Elder was very good about getting out here quickly but apparently did a terrible job since the roof leaked worse after being tarped. Also, I asked him for a reroofing estimate two weeks ago and I have never heard anything.. A for effort, F for execution.

Definitely heed Christie E. Warning from Zachary, who had to supervise and direct throughout the project with multiple constant complaints from workers trying to keep them safe and materials used correctly. Pros: After personally supervising and heavy direction they completed the project, had to warn them of multiple safety issues for their own benefit all the while workers complaining. Cons: -Workers wearing flip flops on roof work where nails can easily penetrate -Placed ladder directly under house power lines to gain access to the roof - Charged me more than full price on roof felt and forced me to pay and keep the remainder of the roll rather than the only charge what was used out of 1000 sq ft roll still had 600 sqft left - did not sweep properly with a magnetic tool to pickup fallen nails, even after telling them to sweep thoroughly, worker complained just to make a second haphazard sweep Had to purchase my own tool and sweep To pick up remaining nails -Did not move discarded materials bins to curb had to tell them to do so just as they were about to leave Make sure you can closely supervise them for their own safety and the project is done properly, you should look at proper install videos beforehand so you know what the correct procedure is.

They were friendly and worked hard for the money. I actually already referred other to them. The 1/2 point off is only because they were late showing up, but it is understandable in view of Hurricane Ida. Waiting in the hot house w/o power made the extra wait a little tough. Overall I loved them.

Ensure you know what the correct way of completing the task is before hiring them... my mistake but a costly mistake non the least. Work was completed last week and I will have to hire someone to fix it. They failed to ensure the water barrier.

Got the job done really quick. I was impressed.

They did an awesome and it was just 2 people. I was pretty impressed with the work.
