He explained to me what the problems were, identified what materials were needed, allowed me to find the best prices and then went and picked up the materials. He identified how I could save money as well as what he was not licensed to do. He was upfront and honest.

Eldon did a very good job texturing the drywall in our remodeled bathroom and hallway. He was prompt and courteous and his rates were very affordable.

After reading the reviews from other homeowners, I felt comfortable in hiring Eldon's Handyman as the contractor for my job. But to my surprise I was not impressed with the craftmanship of his work. He also had problems with remembering my instructions about the job. I told him to ask me if he had any questions. I cut the job early to prevent any additional problems. I am now faced with making repairs to his work. I will say that he was friendly and came across as a "good ole boy" that you felt you could trust. I don't feel that my expectations of the quality of work was too high. I've had family members asking where I got this guy.

Mr. Duggan is the contractor I selected for the work. He visited the site and gave me a price that I found to be quite fair. I can't comment on quality and cleanliness yet because the work is not completed. He will do the concrete work as soon as weather permits.

Eldon's Handyman uses sound business practices, and Mr. Duggan was very professional in his work quality and demeanor. He did everything as promised, and his policy of "no panyment until the work is done" is refreshing in a day and age when you don't know who to trust. Not only would I recommend Eldon's Handyman, but I intend to call them in the future if I need further work done.
