"You placed an order with us and then you wanted to cancel the order or we can a half after you had placed the order on the contract that you agreed to stage that you have 24 hours after you have made the payment to cancel your order for a refund due to the reasoning of it being a custom-made order specially made for the size of your windows and doors we explain to that by canceling the order that you were going to lose the money that you have paid and so forth with advised you that everything was gonna be ready in the following three days for installation are you And you still wanted to cancel the order I am sorry but there?s no way that I ca"

Pointed out problem with gap between blind panels that allowed too much light during morning and night Was told several times that he would come to address the problem Did not show up or call to excuse himself Sent pictures of the 2 gap between the shades and never opened to look at them Was told it would cost $500 to partially correct the problem Finally he told me if I wanted the work for free Total lack of customer service I pointed out that I wanted to save money but not at the expense of a quality job Do not hire this contractor unless you enjoy taken for a joy ride.

The gentleman knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. Replacing the motor is a bit pricey but it got done within 3 days so it was worth it (it was a light-blocking shade for our master bedroom). I gave 4 star on value because I never had others come and bid - it was more important to get it done quickly.

Why not 5 stars? For the price you would expect the area to be cleaned after finishing the job. Other than that everything else was good. Showed up on time, with a phone call to confirm the appointment. Not saying nothing about price, because I dont put price on peoples services.

One of my patio door blind had fallen off and needed to be reattached. No big deal. David repaired my blind. Was not able to make them equal in length. I asked if he could reverse blinds so front side was out facing. He didnât want to do that. He left me repaired but not happy. He also wanted to be paid cash.

"Hi how are you I also reprogram your blinds so I didn?t go further than the floor I did not charge you for that I try to do it the way you want me to do but the blinds were not set up to be done like that and I had to remove all the motors switch around the system to have a do that and only charged you $140 for the service I also told Do you to pay me in cash because you want to do a better price Thank You"
