Excellent work, very professional, extremely respectful of our time and budget. Knowledgeable - recommended needed repairs but did not try to up sell. We ended up hiring them for additional projects and will contact for any electrical needs. Highly recommend!

Steven O. showed up and delivered expert service. He was very personable. The work was completed promptly. He didn't even mind that I was hovering. He actually showed me a few things. It was an awesome experience. We also spoke about the aged and weathered exterior sconces (in passing), and he gave us a ton of good useful information. We'll DEFINITELY be using Electric Connection Services again.

Steven called immediately after I entered my need for an electrician. He scheduled the time when he would come to give me an estimate and he showed up exactly on time. What a professional...what an incredible business man...what a knowledgeable electrician. I would hire Steven again in a New York minute!!!

This was an emergency situation and this company was the first to respond. They were also available to start immediately, so I released the work to them. They reviewed the problem and came up with a proposed solution. I felt the cost was rather expensive but to be fair, I'm not familiar with what certified electricians in Austin charge for labor and the part they replaced. Problem was resolved the next day and my HVAC was back online.
