They called 1st thing next morning after my bid request to Service Magic. A technician was @ my door 3 hrs later. He was very nice. 3 lights in 3 rooms of my house went out the night before. I thought it was my breaker box but confirmed by Centerpoint it was not. The technician asked what I was doing prior to the lights going out. I told him I had just turned on the vacuum cleaner. At that point he said he probably knew what my problem was. When he removed the face plate from the outlet he confirmed it was wiring problems & he replaced them within a matter of minutes.
