Timely and efficient. Very reasonably priced as well. Company was pleasant to work with from reception, to scheduling and completion of the job.

Even though ServiceMagic never seemed to have contacted Electric Express Appliance, after one call on Monday morning, the repair man showed up at 2:30 P.M. that same afternoon. Very nice, very professional and you could tell that you could absolutely trust his judgment. Did a terrific job and the washer is back to its old self.

He fixed the problem, but I feel I was significantly over charged. I paid $150 for him just to vacuum the refrigerator condenser coils. The phone interactions were pleasant, and the appointment was scheduled promptly.

I submitted my request for repair service via the internet, Electric Express called within 5 minutes and were at my house within the hour. They fixed the problem and were very cost effective!

ELECTRIC EXPRESS APPLIANCE CAME TO MY HOME - MIKE - VERY PROFESSIONAL AND GAVE AN ESTIMATE AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEN 30M LATER THE OTHER COMPANY LISTED ARRIVED TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE, THEY DIDN'T CALL BEFORE HAND AND THOUGHT THEY HAD THE JOB. THERE WAS SOME MISCOMMUNICATION. WHY DID TWO COMPANIES COME OUT? I'D BE CURIOUS TO KNOW. I HIRED ELECTRIC EXPRESS - MIKE TO DO THE JOB AND HE WAS GREAT! I WILL USE HIM AGAIN.

I was very pleased, all 3 called me within one hour. Electric Express just happened to be the first call. They also had an appt for the next morning. Unfortunately, I did have to but a new washer, but this wasn't a surprise, confirmed by Jacob (the motor was gone, not worth replacing). Jacob also gave me pointers on what to look for in a new machine. All together, a very nice experience, one I have already passed to my co-workers in SF.

Electric Express Appliance is aware of an issue with Maytag Neptune front washers. However, they still charged me for a visit and quoted me a cost to repair it eventhough they are aware that Maytag offers free assistance to fix the issue due to a class action suit. This was dissappointing to find out. I wouldn't trust them for future work.

It was incredible to me that a tiny metal clip would be so expensive, but the cost of labor was so low that I didn't really mind. They called me right away to set up the appointment, showed up on time, very clean work, no hassle. I would definitely use them again.

I was most pleased with their responsiveness, knowledge, communication, and tidiness. I would recommend them to others.

On the second visit, the technician did not have the correct replacement parts. It seems as though there was a problem with the parts supplied, and the technician will get the correct parts and complete the job.

Service was very good.

After he left I realized that he charged me for the initial diagnosis fee then for 1 hour labor without applying the diagnonis cost to the labor, and labor took only 10 monutes. So, I ended up paying about $100 for his time and about $120 for the parts when I probably only should have paid $50 for the labor. I guess it was my mistake not to clarify ahead of time. He did a very good job, however, and I'd use him again. I'd just discuss the cost more before he started the work.
