Electric Medic is a family owned and operated electrical services business. We take great pride in dealing personally with all of our customers. With our low overhead, we can provide a face-to-face experience that will set us apart from any other electrical company. We specialize in electrical and panel upgrades; installing and repairing outlets, switches, and fixtures; attic, bath exhaust, ceiling, and whole-house fans; lightning protection; and we also plan and install outdoor lighting. Electric Medic strives to make our customers repeat customers; most of our business comes directly from references from previously satisfied customers. I was impressed with Electric Medic and the service I received. However, the fixture I purchased for the back bedroom could not be hung because of my wiring. I realized after the electricians left, that my original fixture did not get re-hung. I'm still without a light in that room.

I called and scheduled to have someone come out and give me a quote. Not only did they show up early (after calling to let me know), but the gentleman was courteous and very professional. I will be hiring them to complete my job.

My only complaints were some fingerprints around light fixtures at completion of job and a significant charge for the work. Charges were based on generic type of fixture versus time and materials. On the positive side, the work quality was good and the folks worked very hard and were very courteoous and professional.

They were great. It's very rare to find service people that call you back right away, come on time, and have a great attitude. They worked for 5 hours searching for the source of our electrical problem. They were never able to find the source but they didn't charge a dime for their time and they reinstalled an outlet the next day.
