They responded quickly and completed the electrical work on time. I asked them also to see if they could get my low voltage outdoor lighting working - after about 15 or 20 minutes, they did. Nice!

They contacted me about my NEMA 14-50 car charger install in my garage and came out to do the work on the day itself. I do trust the quality of their work. They were knowledgeable and clearly scoped out the work for me. I did feel their charges were higher than the research I had done but I looked at from the point of instant gratification. Also they charge per job individually vs an hourly rate.

Probably all electricians charge a fee just to come to your home, but iI really think if you go ahead with the job the visit fee should be waived!! Otherwise Phil was excellent.

Electric Norm contacted me within just a few minutes after I requested quotes through Home Advisor. There team came out the next day and provided a bid for the work which we accepted. Our hot tub was delivered two days later and the team arrived about an hour after the hot tub and had the job complete by early afternoon. Electric Norm will be our go to electrician for other work at our home.

Fans installed beautifully - 5 on the scale. . GFCI installed nicely 5 on the scale. Bathroom fan installed but falling out of the ceiling. rating 1.5 We were told that WE need to go back into the attic to stabilize the fan that they installed. Wished they would have said they couldn't do the install without damaging the ceiling. They ended up putting screws into the ceiling which damaged the ceiling. Screws are visable and exposed in the bathroom and ceiling falling down The main person on the job did not even look at the finished work at the end of the day so was unaware of the damage. I sent pictures to him and never received a response. Now need to hire someone else to repair the install. I spent alot of money for the work. Disappointed about the bathroom ceiling.

I thought they were coming to give me a quote on the job. But they were ready to start. It was expensive just to move a outlet.

Over $400 (after 25% discount) for switching out an 2 outlets, one switch (each taking less than 5 minutes each) and checking a bathroom fixture (10) minutes. Shady company - don't hire.

Service person was punctual, knowledgeable and complete in his work. Was very satisfied. I have an older house and he knew exactly what to look for in order to solve the problem.

They found a problem I could not and fixed it very quickly.

Had a short in an electrical sub-panel. They quickly identified & repaired it. This home is new to us & they helped me ID & prioritize future work.
