Electric Norm contacted me within just a few minutes after I requested quotes through Home Advisor. There team came out the next day and provided a bid for the work which we accepted. Our hot tub was delivered two days later and the team arrived about an hour after the hot tub and had the job complete by early afternoon. Electric Norm will be our go to electrician for other work at our home.

Fans installed beautifully - 5 on the scale. . GFCI installed nicely 5 on the scale. Bathroom fan installed but falling out of the ceiling. rating 1.5 We were told that WE need to go back into the attic to stabilize the fan that they installed. Wished they would have said they couldn't do the install without damaging the ceiling. They ended up putting screws into the ceiling which damaged the ceiling. Screws are visable and exposed in the bathroom and ceiling falling down The main person on the job did not even look at the finished work at the end of the day so was unaware of the damage. I sent pictures to him and never received a response. Now need to hire someone else to repair the install. I spent alot of money for the work. Disappointed about the bathroom ceiling.

I thought they were coming to give me a quote on the job. But they were ready to start. It was expensive just to move a outlet.
