Bill, is a con man. He came 5 hours late, was on phone while here. Lied about the situation and tried to sell us something. No hot water next day because of what he did H e then wanted to charge us to come back out or we buy what he was trying to to sell us DO NOT WORK WITH HIM

Terrible service?never doing business with them again. First service call on Jan 15 for a kitchen circuit breaker that kept tripping. Their electrician found nothing wrong, and we paid the $200 service fee?no issue. March 7, same problem. This time, the electrician says the breaker needs replacing. We asked for a break on the service fee since they misdiagnosed it the first time, but they only reduced it to $150. We also paid $30 for the new breaker, which was expected. Charging us again for their initial mistake is just bad business. Avoid at all costs!

I've hired Electric plus for several jobs and I'm continuously pleased with their work, pricing and expertise. We bought a new home and there was an awful hanging lamp in the dining area so we wanted an upgrade. I called up Bill and his team. They gave me a fair estimate, removed the lamp, installed recess lighting and upgraded some old recess lighting. Everything looks great. Overall I'm pleased and will call Electric Plus again for future needs.

This company was referred to us by the contractor who did a complete remodel of our kitchen and master bath. Bill, the owner, spent a long time telling us what we needed when he came out for the quote. His quote, though, did not arrive until the night before the work needed to begin. As the work unfolded, the electrician he sent spent much of his time on the phone, pointing all the items NOT on the bid that would be extra. Both the kitchen and the bathroom ended up costing about 30% more than the initial quote - although it was never detailed what individual items cost. The main electrician was always late and then grumpy at how long the job was taking. They do not take the time to really LOOK at the items they are installing. When wiring for the built-in oven/microwave, they didn't LOOK at the appliances and positioned the wiring in the wrong place. They were too busy to come fix this for two weeks so that the contractor ended up getting someone else to fix it. When I showed Bill (and later his electrician) the LED light mirror that needed to be hard wired - he told me we needed to install a plug on the mirror and an outlet on the wall. They assured me it didn't matter where the outlet would go behind the mirror. Turns out it did - the mirror wouldn't lie flat. Even after they installed a clock outlet, it wouldn't work. We had to hire a different electrician to come out and install this correctly. So, my final analysis: they are focused on making a lot of money; expect the cost to go way up, expect them to be hurried and careless. Explore other options!

I had a hot tub installed in my back yard; their electrical work to 220 heat the tub & add 115 access for lights/fan was excellent!
