I hired Gutierrez Appliance to fix the icemaker in my refrigerator. Ray Gutierrez did a good job installing a new icemaking unit that I had purchased, and he told me to call back if it didn't start making ice by the next day When It didn't, I phoned back and talked to Monica, who said she would call Ray and get right back to me. It has been a week with no response from them and I am still without a working icemaker.
