Electrical Design & Service, Inc.

He was fast and efficient and got everything done! I will definitely call him back for more jobs I have!

very good service

Richard did an excellent job installing a new outlet. He was able to do the work on my urgent timeline and at a great price. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, and a pleasure to talk to. And he cleaned everything up nicely when he finished. I would highly recommend!

He was patient. He did a thorough testing of all the outlets, and took time to explain why the outlets outside were malfunctioning, and then did a professional repair.

I wanted the ceiling mount replaced with a stronger one that would hold the weight of a Chandelier I wanted to put up in my dining room. Richard called and came the next day. He did a excellent job at a very reasonable price. I could not be happier with his work.

Mr. Steffanus called within minutes of requesting an electrician. We needed an additional electrical outlet outside as we fill our yard with holiday decorations for people to enjoy. He was here the next day to give us a quote. He was fast, reliable and professional. Most of all we felt he gave us a fair quote. My house is torn apart as we are loaded with storage totes everywhere because my husband is in the process of decorating our home inside and out for Halloween, but even so, he was in and out in no time. If you need an electrician, call him, you won’t be disappointed.

Great advice, professional Reasonable cost

Richard was fantastic. Work was completed quickly and professionally.

Very informative. Was patient and was able to adjust to our needs. On time.

Richard was great throughout the project. Accurate estimate and arrived on time for every meeting as well as the project work days. I strongly recommend him to anyone needed a contractor or electrician!

Great job. On time and finished quickly.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and prompt service. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and completed the work with great attention to detail. Everything was explained clearly. I would definitely use his services again and would recommend him to others.

Great communication! Timely and very efficient. He inspected his work throughout ensuring quality and his high standards were maintained. He will do all my electrical work in the future!

Absolutely phenomenal job done. Fast attentive responses and took time to explain everything that give me all my choices whether I went with him or not. The price was competitive so went with his company and the work turned out great.

Richard was very straight forward. He made time to come out the day I contacted him and proposed what he would do and estimated cost. Ended up needing something we had not counted on, he went and bought the needed dimmers, got everything done in one day. He also showed up 15 minutes early, appreciated that. The cost was very fair for the amount of time it took him as well as the quality of his work. I will how him again when I need electrical work done.

Great work. Punctual and fair. I will definitely use them again.

Richard did a fantastic job!!!

The service agent was prompt regarding the estimated time of arrival and diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of arriving. He was very professional and worked quickly. This was an electrical issue I had in my home for a few years. I'm extremely pleased with the service that he provided

Easy to work with, showed up on time, and did a quick, effective job.

Richard was good.

Richard did a great job! He replaced all my smoke alarms and tested them. He did the job same day within a couple of hours of posting my request. He provided a time he would be at house and he was there.

Great experience, great work, on time, friendly, professional, and will definitely use them again!

I think the bill was to high.

I wish I could rate higher than 5 for the professional services that I received. Beautiful person...
