When speaking with the owner over the phone prior to the work being done he quoted me an hourly rate. I had to call them many times to confirm an appt., which should have been my indicator not to use them. Once on the job they switched it to a per item job which of course became more, but because I was in a crunch I had to go forward. They were 1 1/2 hours late and they left my house a mess. They did not clean up any of the mess they made cutting my drywall. I called to complain and the response I got was well the work was done correct and the person probably just forgot to clean up because he was maybe hot or tried from doing the job. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

"We offered to do an on site estimate, but customer wanted quote over phone as per hour rate. Upon arrival at job, we did an actual estimate of costs, which consisted of more work than previosly discussed. The price was agreed to after some modifications and completed in a timely matter. The house was already in disaray from existing remodel,but does not excuss the mess. We did appoligize and offe"
