He was on time, professional, honest, super knowledgeable, and he kept us in the loop with any changes. We had a tricky situation, but he was willing to investigate it and took the time to make it right. The gentleman that came out to put up my new light fixtures was very kind and accomodating in how we wanted our fixtures hung in our home. One of the most important things to me in doing this work it clean up. The guy that was working here was very courteous and took the time in cleaning up after himself. James brought batteries for my smoke detectors, and when I didn't have the correct dectector, he went to the hardware store and purchased...same day. completed the work in under an hour. Very courteous and professional

I went through service magic and wanted to get 3 bids for 5 or 6 projects I needed done. James called same day and was able to come out the next day to do a walk through. He was even willing to schedule the work for the next day on a Saturday to meet my changing scheduling needs. There were a few questions after we agreed to do the work and he responded immediately to the emails I sent. They showed up on time and started on time. They even finished when they said they would. The work was top quality and reasonably priced. They were creative and flexible and I highly recommend them.
