Very timely call back from the dispatcher, and she arranged same day service. The electricians were very professional and effectively diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs to my circuit breaker system so that my dryer would function. I would hire this company again.

Outdoor Lighting Repair
Our outdoor path lights were suddenly not working. Jeremy came out, saw that the problem was a shorted out light, removed the light and capped the line. He DID NOT CHARGE US! We have never used this company before - he did not have to do that. We will certainly use them again for any electrical needs and tell everyone we know. That is old fashioned customer service. Thank you!!!

Cleaned up several DIY projects that were either 1/2 completed, or done incorrectly (new electrical outlets in basement, correctly re-wiring 3 way light switches, installed electric from panel all the way to garage and installed outlet). Very friendly customer service. Very friendly electricians that came to my home. Very neat, very professional, very efficient. Will definitely use them

Response to my call for service was prompt. The electrician was courteous and explained what needed to be done. I thought pricing was a little high for what was done. Several outlets weren't working and the electrician restarted them. One switch for the bathroom light had to be changed.

Dan arrived on time and really knows the workings of the generator - unlike some others I've used in the past. Ours is an older generator and has had problems starting. Dan worked on it until he was satisfied it was working properly. Gave me a few good tips as well.
