Very satisfy with the work. Riley come and propose to install a timer controlled bath fan instead of crawlspace fan to ventilate my engine room in basement for easy maintenance. And he propose to let me choose to parts with him for best satisfaction. I did it with him and I have to say it is a great experience. You can tell he has rich experience in construction and know how to deliver quality work with reasonable cost. He is also patient and would like to change or redo anything to meet your desire. In short , I am very satisfy with his work and would like to recommend him to anyone.

Riley did an excellent job and went above and beyond by repairing a couple of other electrical issue I had. He was very fair in his pricing and the quality of his work is terrific. I was very pleased with his knowledge and ability to get the job(s) done in a timely manner, even going out to get supplies for the extra work

Punctual, very affable and performed job in less than 4 hrs. I was very impressed. He was very knowledgeable. The fans look great. One caveat. We used same frequency in error for both fans and they interfere with each other. Need to change one of the frequencies, but it is something I can do myself. The hardest part was done by the electrician. He made sure everything was cleaned and the fixtures we replaced he took to donate to Habitat for Humanity.

Riley fixed or electircal prolem plus adding a outlet box. Plan on having him back for some more work.

My husband called to discuss our issue with with Riley and he actually walked my husband through the process. With Riley's expertise my husband was able to do the repair without Riley even coming out to the house! He is a very decent guy and has a lot of expertise!
