it was good. they need to be a little bit more punctual. they are very friendly,nice,knows their job,but little shy from getting the perfect score in accomplishing the job in timely manner.

The owner called right away. I wanted him to trouble shoot a gfi and install two light fixtures. I warned him on the phone that we had high ceilings and he assured me that they carried long ladders. He showed up on time but without the ladders which forced us to reschedule part of the job for another day (annoying). On the appointed day he called my cell phone 1.5 hours after the time he said he would arrive and said he would arrive in about " a half hour". Over one hour later he arrived. With all of that being said, he had a very efficient young man install the lights and they were done very well and quickly. The price was reasonable.

He is a great guy. Gives a great price, excellent work very customer oriented. He will come and do the work in 24 hours, depending on the work load. He will tell you up front what he is doing and what needs to be done.
