kes Your Money and RUNS!!!!! We had a system installed in the fall of 2022. $42,000 later it has been ongoing problems. Initially they did not get it hooked into the main grid correctly. They came out to fix it and let it run. When I checked the system it did not seem to be working correctly. They came back out and so forth and so on. Then we had to trim trees that we were previously told were fine. Now I have hard data that the system has not been producing anywhere near what they said it would do. We have called, left messages, and sent emails. No response. Find someone else and wait to work with a company who cares

They originally charged me 26k for a new construction wiring job, and after i had paid 23k of it they informed me i owed an additional 18k for some extra can lights. these guys are a joke. different workers coming every other day and not on same page as previous workers. these guys put a 22k lien on a property they worked on when i only would have owed them 3k if they would have finished. SHAWN was the sales person who tried to lie and threaten me into paying for a incomplete job. they wanted me to pay the balance but had not finished job. they were friendly and nice in the beginning until most of the bill was paid. After hiring another electrical company to finish there work I discovered several issues with wiring that was done by ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS INC. Some heaters and vents were wired incorrectly and some locations were missing wiring all together. Use this company at your own risk. I wish i would have never contracted them to do my electrical. I hire electricians regularly and this was my worse experience to date. Since I have also been a valued vendor of home advisor for years, I just assumed ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS, INC had been checked thoroughly and Did not do as much referral checking as I should have. Hired ESS for a remodel project (electrical overhaul). Shawn is communicative and transparent in his scope of work, and willing to negotiate fairly. His crew are punctual, efficient in their work, and respectful, and freely asks questions so everyone is on the same page. Highly recommend them.

They charged almost $1000 to replace 3 gfi outlets that then did not work when they left. One was behind a refrigerator instead of what was called for which was next to a sink.

Todd and Travis installed recessed lighting in our two bedrooms. They arrived on time and were very friendly and knowledgeable. However, our main critics would be price and clean up. We worked extensively with Shawn to schedule and outline the scope of the project. Todd and Travis seemed to have minimal details of our conversations. We ended up only doing half of the lighting planned in 7 hours and Shawn estimated 5-6 hours for the whole project which threw us budget over. Good work costs, but ;Seattle pricing; really costs you. Clean up would be our other critic, they did not cover furniture or floors when drilling through drywall and rushed out at the end of the project after minimal clean up leaving drywall and dust all over floors and furniture.

We needed outlets for the outdoor Christmas Lighting display and one for the new gas fire insert. Sean called immediately after we submitted a contractor request, and was upfront with an estimated cost and hourly rate. He was able to send Travis and Tod out the next day and our project was done efficiently and in a quality way. We so appreciated the professionalism of this team. Would very much recommend this company to anyone.

Very professional staff from start to finish. In general, I wish the cost of an electrician per hour was lower. This team was slightly higher than others in cost per hour but was more responsive and available right away.

The entire team was awesome. They worked well with us, were efficient and had excellent leadership and communication. They did not nickel and dime us to death--that was a huge relief. I would highly recommend them, almost wish I had another house to rewire!

We had the main service moved, and a complete rewire on our older home. The guys did a great job. They arrived on time every morning, and cleaned up at the end of the day. The crew was very approachable, making sure our questions were answered.

Great experience working with Shawn and his team at Electrical Systems Solutions. My insurance company wanted me to rewire the entire house due to outdated electrical system and Shawn was quick to get permits and the work scheduled to make my insurance company happy. ESS was actually able to get to my project a couple of days earlier than scheduled. Zack, The project lead was sure to touch base with me at the beginning and end of each day keeping me apprised of the progress and next steps, and his team was very courteous and professional. The work itself was done nicely, the wire management in exposed areas like the basement and attic was well laid out and neat. The city inspections went smoothly and the whole house rewire was completed in 2 weeks. ESS went above and beyond to provide good customer service and impeccable work and I would hire them again and recommend them to others.

They were skilled at figuring out how to install new equipment in an older home, and had suggestions for future improvements.
