Beautiful work installing an additional 2gang 4 outlet electrical outlet for an irrigation system. Easy to schedule quick response. Good communication. My experience with Powerhouse Electric and Generator has been wonderful. They also installed a new generator with a difficult conduit run. After a nightmare experience with Canter Generators I searched AI for a company to straighten up the mess. My HOA insisted that the Generator be relocated and Canter never responded after multiple requests for the move at my expense. Once they got my initial check service was no longer of any interest to them. Their install was very unprofessional and untimely as well. I hired Powerhouse to move it and the move was completed in less than a week. Very neat and timely work. Unfortunately the new Model Generac that was installed had a host of problems and refused to start and transfer power. My research told me that this was a National Problem. Powerhouse immediately came back and attempted to solve the problem. They communicated back and forth with Generac many times and for many hours. They refused to give up and came back time after time to attempt a fix to the problem and talked to many other Generator Servicers to try to find a solution. Zach discovered a bad coil and fixed it today. I think the Nationwide problem may now have a simple solution. I owned an Automobile Dealership for many years. I understand how an Electrical Problem can sometimes kick your Butt but I also know with persistance and strategy all problems have solutions. My Hat is off to these Guys. They do it RIGHT!

Initial communication and getting an estimate for an EV charger installation was seamless. We booked June 17th as our installation day and Joshua came out on time. After inspecting our crawlspace he said that the area had standing water and had some thorns growing at the entrance where the access door was missing and told us we needed to remove the thorns and take care of the water before they could move forward. Completely understandable. After getting the crawlspace remediated and dried out which took approximately 8 hours on the same day that Joshua visited we had another electrician call and offer to do a free estimate the following day, June 18th. Mr. Electric came out and inspected the crawlspace and told us that it looked ready for work and he appreciated that it had been cleaned up and tarped down. We explained that Powerhouse Electric had come out the day before and advised us of the issues we needed to fix for the install. Mr. Electric gave us their estimate and told us they
