Great at creating culture and buy in from my reps, as well as creating the best sales practices, curriculum and strategies to further propel prod and company objectives. Coaching and developing reps never feels like work to me- its never a fight with the alarm clock waking up in the AM. Its something I'm genuinely passionate about. I've mastered and achieved every accolade possible in my current role. I am looking for a change, a new challenge.
