I went down with his esitimate of $650 and payed $300 upfront. He never contacted me again, I had to contact him over and over again. He told me finally, he received the wrong part and asked me if I wanted to wait for the right part to arrive. I agreed but was never contacted again. I had to contact him over and over again. Finally we agreed to send the $300 back to me, and I send Zelle request. But now, after 2 weeks, I haven't received the downpayment back. Send (again) a message yesterday but no reaction. So, I've been working to get something fixed at home since Sep 26, today is Dec 29th and still my problem isn't fixed and I'm still waiting on my money to be returned.

Great job, very nice

Jacob seems like a very nice guy, but not reliable at all. I have been promised since September 2021 that he would come and complete the job he started in July 2021. He upgraded our panel, I paid him in full (my mistake - he said he was sending a crew to help during hurricane relief and I felt bad) and he keeps telling me that he has an appointment with the County to have them come out and finalize my panel. He also keeps promising to label my panel. If you move forward with him, do not make the mistakes I made... 1. Make sure you have a written contract. 2. Do not make full payment until job is completely done. 3. Take screenshots of all written correspondence and make notes of anything said over the phone.

There were three guys who showed up and they were polite and got right to the problem (or so they thought). They weren't wearing masks though. I probably should have asked then to. They thought they fixed my porch GFCI, but a couple of days later it failed again. They probably should have replaced it. $100 per hour minimum and it took them 15 minutes to tighten a loose wire, but that'''s they way it goes. Now I know how to fix it myself. The GFCI is too sensitive and when it breaks the circuit it cuts power to other critical garage outlets. They told me the way the garage outlets were wired the problem couldn't be easily fixed. I went to the internet and researched a way to go around the problem and still be to code and not have to do a big re-wire project.

They were able to arrive earlier than first promised, after they called to ask if earlier was better, and got all of the work done the same day, at a lesser price than others estimated. I highly recommend them.

Jacob was not responsive to phone calls or text messages, constantly told us he would be there and didnt show up, and he left us hanging in the middle of an electrical upgrade. He did not meet deadlines that he himself made. He requested more money in the middle of the project in order to finish and when he finally came to finish the job there were multiple issues, leaving us with electricity that is not fully working. He installed electric boxes that we did not want and did not listen to what we needed. If you are looking for a good electrician I would look somewhere else.

Jacob and his partner are highly experienced electricians. They responded quickly and when they arrived onsite they went straight to work and resolved all the electrical issues we had within the hours. They are faired priced, have a great attitude, are punctual, and highly experienced. I highly recommend them. Great pair of guys who know their stuff. I plan to high them again soon for another project.

Jacob Carmona was a real pleasure to work with. He is extremely reliable and reasonable in his rates. I would highly recommend him without reservation. He is a true professional in every sense of the word.

Prompt and knowledgeable

The worker was late an hour and a half, left me hanging; no phone call or text or apology. I had to follow up with him through a text myself. Sight unseen, He recommended buying a new fan instead of fixing lighting unit on it. Then installed new fan without using designated number of screws on the housing motor unit creating uneven wear and tear on the new fan. The following day I asked him to come finish the job correctly and he did not respond. He **blew me off**. If you want a half completed job call ElectriCity. If you want a job done correctly and well I recommend you call someone else that cares to do the job right the first time.

We were in a last minute bind and they showed up within a couple of hours and got the work done that was needed.

Jacob is the most efficient electrician I’ve ever hired. Looking forward to hiring him/his company again for several more projects. Nice to meet a young business professional who is a top notch electrician.
