Steve has done several repairs at our home which we rent over the last several years. He has always been extremely polite kind and knowledgeable. He's a very honest man and I would do business with him at any time. I highly recommend him . He has gone out of his way to make sure that we were taken care of.

Steve and his crew are honest, hardworking fine people. They have continued to provide a level of service to me over several years that is becoming very rare to find these days and at very reasonable costs. From easy fixes to whole system replacement, they are honest about your real options. This is one of those forever service companies that once you have, you keep.

We first used the services of this outstanding company last year after Hurricane Debbie wiped out our AC vents under our mobile home. This service restored my faith in small companies as the one we chose to install a new system informed us "you don't need to clean AC vents", did not offer to install new ones nor did they install a new tent over the vents coming from the house to the AC unit. The company we used to install new vapor barrier knocked the vents loose and refused to respond to our calls to fix that either! This week, we had a quote to move the power supply to the other side of the unit and make a new "dog house" as Ken called it over the vents connecting them from the house to the AC unit. Electricool sent another team the day my vinyl siding was installed to mount the power box to the side of the house. Brandon, and the other technician with him (i don't recall his name, unfortunately) were very responsive and completed the work quickly. I recommend this small company for any home AC and/or electrical work needed. Steve and Rene (I hope I am spelling her name right!) are both easy to speak with, very friendly, and always cheerful when I call the office. One of the best companies I have had the pleasure of working with! Highly Recommended!!

Found out about Electricool after digging through tons of different channels to find the most highly recommended and compitetively priced AC company in the Orlando area. There were plenty of big companies with sales techs running in Central Florida, most of them trying to sell me some crazy expensive unit and pressuring me to go with the latest and greatest tech. Spoke to Steve at Electricool and I was instantly at ease talking to him -- I finally felt like I wasn't being pitched to after talking to seven different companies. I wanted a simple unit with parts that were easy to source and fix, and was quoted a great price for a replacement with better installation specs than the other guys. Jason, who installed my unit, was awesome. My AC compartment is TINY, and I know he had to work really hard to remove my old furnace and install the new one. The job took the better part of the day, and (from what I observed) there was a ton of attention to detail in the installation. Steve (the owner) showed up a few hours in to discuss the installation with his crew and check up on the progress. It was really cool to see an owner involved in the process and he's obviously an expert in this field. Justin, my other tech, was busy outside installing my compressor, and crawling around under the home getting lines set up, but seeing as my house is cool, I'm sure he did an outstanding job. These guys were respectful of my property, respectful of my time, dilligent in their installation, and obviously proud of the work they do. I'm shocked they don't have more Google reviews, and hope that changes for them soon -- a hidden gem in the Orlando A/C game.

After a very frustrating experience with another HVAC company, working with this team was a complete breath of fresh air. From the moment I called, Renee was friendly and able to get me scheduled quickly. Jason, the technician, arrived a few minutes early and got right to work diagnosing the issue. What stood out immediately was his honest, straightforward, and non-pressuring approach. He clearly explained what was going on without using confusing technical jargon or trying to upsell anything unnecessary. The most impressive part was the no-nonsense pricing. After dealing with other companies that relied on upselling, scare tactics, and inconsistent estimates, this was the exact opposite experience. The total cost to replace the motor, fix the capacitor, and complete the labor came out to roughly one-third of what I had just been quoted elsewhere. That level of transparency and fairness is rare. This was easily one of the most refreshing experiences I’ve had with any HVAC company. If you’ve had frustrating encounters with larger franchises or companies that make you second-guess everything, this is absolutely the team you want to call. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you!

Steven, I have yet seen him in person, we spoke on the phone anh with communicated by email, he make me feel confident to hired him, but turned out everything look good. ( Steven he is trusted person).

It was the coldest weekend so far this season in Florida and of course our heat went out. Called another A/C company who is a top rated Angies List company and they came out and told me I needed a new compressor, but they couldn't get the compressor in until the following Wednesday- six days later.  Called Stephen at ElectriCool and he was here the next day to see what we needed and then here on Monday to put in the new compressor etc... He even offered us portable heaters so we could stay warm. He fixed the problem and the job came in $800 less than the other company. Stephen and his men are professional and polite. I will be using him again! <br />

They are just absolutely great. He doesn't over charge or rip you off in any way. He'll tell you exactly what he thinks and gives educated advice. They're very quick and very responsive. They'd come out in the night before for me. I had a breathing problem so I appreciated that big time. They're also courteous, punctual, thorough and friendly.

This is our fifth rental property, Steve at Electricool has worked on in the past 2 years.  He is so dependable and  competitively priced, he now gets all of our work.  He has always done a thorough job without any supervision.  He is our go to guy! <br />

Excellent - The provider did do repair and servicing of AC previously.  This is his fourth visit to my house - use him.  He is extremely honest, will never overcharge you or try to sell gas etc to you if it is not required.  He preferred not to work in my area as his travel time is about an hour- I offered extra gas money - but I trust this provider - not something that is automatic in AC business.  This provider will charge you what is required to run your ac effectively - nothing more. <br />

They are exceptional. They spent the entire afternoon making sure the job was done. The service was excellent. Everything was wonderful. I recommend them with confidence.
