Very knowledgeable and personable. Dedicated to finding the electrical problem and making sure the problem was fixed right the first time. Took a no nonsense approach and tried to keep the cost to a minimum. I feel very confident the job was well done. I would highly recommend him. Came 10 minutes before scheduled time went over what was to be done completed the ceiling fan install in 2 hours on a 10 foot vaulted ceiling. this included assembly of the new fan and removal of the old fan, install of the new fan and even clean up. Would use again

Zach and Nathan arrived as a team on the first day and worked well together to inspect all of my electrical problems and they presented their findings in a clear way to my husband and I. We were to schedule the work for the following week. The next week, a gentleman came out WITHOUT any instructions on what outlets needed to be rewired. He said he forgot his paperwork and that he had to REDO the testing of ALL of the outlets in the house to determine which ones needed work. I was VERY irritated about this as I had my 18 mo old on my hip and I am having to help him move my large furniture pieces away from the walls (He needed a 2nd person as I should not have been doing this). This took 45 minutes to go around the house and determine what was already determined the week before. I didn't feel that this gentlemen communicated effectively with us. He did not seem to break things down into layman's terms as I needed :-) Positively, however, the work did eventually get finished and he seemed to do a good job. I appreciated that he took his time in determining what was wrong and to do the work but I REALLY wish he was more prepared and didn't ask ME what outlets needed repair. I would give this company another chance because I REALLY liked the people on the phone at the office and the two initial electricians who came to the house. Home Theater System or Media Center - Install
They came out to hook up stereo system with DVD. Said I needed new cable to fix the problem. Got cable, installed it as instructed and it still was not working properly. I called them to come back. Made appointment for Saturday, 6/16. Waited 1.5 hrs. Later that evening came in front door and saw note that they came early at 10:40 now I have to reschedule again.

Not certain how cost relates to other electricians but I felt the work was high quality and done in a timely, efficient and professional manner = worth the price. Some increased expense due to my municipality's code requirements and Bell electric sure I understood exactly how this changed the price in advance. Seemed genuinely concerned that I understood the scope of the work and that I was satisfied. Maybe the only (minor) negative was one day (of the 3 they spent on the job) not knowing when they were going to show up-but did make a follow-up call to apologize and ensure everything was satisfactory. Top shelf!

Ty Bell responded very quick and the job we completed. The first place that came out to give us an estimate never called back with the total price. They were more interested in just getting our money. They said he would call my husband back with the full price but we never heard back from him.
