After a previous contractor—who I believed was licensed and bonded—left my bathroom remodel incomplete after nearly two months of mistakes, missed appointments, and poor workmanship, I lost confidence in their ability to finish the project. That’s when I contacted Mike at Elegant Bath.
From the beginning, Mike was understanding, knowledgeable, and professional. His crew removed the previous shower installation, worked with the materials I had already purchased, and was flexible with the payment arrangements. The quality of their work was excellent, and my new walk-in shower turned out exactly as I had envisioned.
Everyone on the crew was kind, respectful, and took the time to answer all of my questions throughout the process. It was such a relief to work with a team that genuinely cared about doing the job right. Thank you, Mike and the Elegant Bath team, for transforming a stressful experience into a beautiful finished bathroom!

I had a wonderful experience with Elegant Bath and Remodel. I was able to have them
come in, help design, pick out material, and have them complete the project in a timely manor. I had a strange situation and I needed the project done quickly, which they were able to complete. Not only complete, but start and complete another project mid way through that I had come up with. I was kept informed, asked opinions, and was met with respect and kindness throughout the process. I would recommend Elegant for any home project, and am going to use them in the future. Great experience from start to finish!

Elegant Bath and Remodel did such a great job on both the master and guest bathrooms of our family's condo. The whole process was smooth, and the team was super easy to work with—responsive, professional, and really detail-oriented. This was particularly important as the condo is in AZ and most of us are in CA and float in and out. The master bath feels like a spa now, and even the guest bath got a major upgrade. We’re so happy with how everything turned out. Definitely recommend if you're looking to update your space!

I had a great experience with Elegant Bath and Remodel! I was really happy to find out they offer both acrylic and tile options — it gave me the flexibility to do a beautiful custom tile shower in my master bathroom while choosing a high-quality acrylic system for the guest bathrooms. The sales and design processes were excellent - great communication. Tyler our DA worked with us to choose the right design and materials. I knew the owner, Deb, from a previous home remodel job where she and her team did a fantastic job on our floors. Fast forward a few years, and we were finally ready to say goodbye to our sad little old bathrooms and hello to some modern, fancy, refreshed guest and master baths! Deb and her team did not disappoint. I was extremely happy working with them, starting with the easy and collaborative design process all the way to final build and execution. I was absent quite a bit during the remodel, but I never had to worry about being on site to watch over their work. Their communication was always timely and clear, proactively asking me questions as needed and keeping me posted of the progress along the way.
