I contracted with Elegant Exteriors in November 2017. At the time, I paid $850 up front, which is about half of the total for the job. As of 8/9/2018, he has not done the work, has not even scheduled the work. He is extremely difficult to get in contact with. My wife and I have called and e-mailed, and we very rarely get contacted back. At this point, we just want our money back and are done with dealing with Elegant Exteriors.

I have had hired Luke Devine to install windows in my home since April 2016. It is now June and it has taken him over a month to even start the project. Since we agreed this was only going to take about a month. However he had given me a quote to start the project , which we both agreed on. Even after he received his down payment, he has ignored my phone calls and emails completely. I keep trying email him, and call him every day to see what is going on, and he has decided to not respond to none of them whats so ever. This is very unpleasant to deal with someone I put my trust into. I would NEVER recommend this contractor to any one.
