I could not be happier with the roof install at my house. From the beginning, the entire experience was excellent. Matt came to our house, walked the roof, went into the crawl space under the roof and explained the entire process. The crew arrived on time, completed the job early and left NO MESS behind. Throughout the entire process, including the removal of the old roof and replacement, the team kept us updated on any issues. Ryan was there along with Matt. The entire process was professional from start to finish. I would recommend Elegant Exteriors to anyone without hesitation!

The only thing I can say is that they are GREAT. From our first meeting with Ryan to the completion of our new roof they were professional, courteous and gentlemen. Matt, who was on site, and their crews are hard working and work like a fine oiled machine. From tear off to completion of ours and our neighbors roof the work was non stop. I HIGHLY recommend Elegant Exteriors for their work and professionalism.

I just has my roof done today by Elegant Exteriors. Everything about this whole process was nothing short of extraordinary. I actually found them by accident by filling out a form from an ad on facebook. I dealt with Matt although I spoke to a Ryan once. Both of these guys were so professional and kind. The communication was excellent all through the process. From the first contact, to setting up financing to signing the contract and to finally getting a new roof, it was a pleasure. I left for work this morning with a disaster of a roof, and pulled up tonight to a beautiful new roof. They did not leave one drop of mess behind either. I am now looking to get some other work done with them and will recommend them to anyone who will listen. Thanks Matt, I appreciate the great job you and your guys did.

This was a roofing and siding job. Work was scheduled in advance, stuck to schedule and communicated very well with us during the several weeks of work. Ryan, the owner, was very professional and the workers were easy and great to work with. The team explained and addressed all hidden issues they discovered (e.g. dry rot, potential trouble spots, etc.).

Owner of company came to the house on schedule and at the agreed to time. Submitted price for job within 24 hours and knew exactly the work I wanted done.

Can't say enough good things about this experience. Dealing with Ryan was a pleasure. We had an emergency roof leak, and he was promptly out for an estimate. He suggested options as to what could be done, and gave a detailed, written estimate. The cost was very reasonable. He did not oversell services, and was very truthful about what was needed. The work itself was beautifully accomplished, and the job was done quickly, professionally, and neatly. When the time comes to completely replace the roof on our home, we will be calling them for the job. Highly recommended!

They are courteous, and trustworthy. Elegant Exteriors took the time to investigated the issue and took the time to explain the repair.

elegant exteriors were great. they came out on a Saturday afternoon to repair my ridge vent on my roof. they finished the work quickly and they were polite and professional. i would definitely recommend them for any roofing work.
