Elegant Flooring & Home Improvements, LLC

Paul did a great job on my flooring. I removed the tile and laminate flooring and replaced it with Travertine and engineered hickory flooring in my 3250 sq ft home in Silverthorn. He was presented with a number of challenges and he met and overcame them. His quality of work, pricing, performance, and professionalism was second to none. Also he performed the work while I remained in Atlanta and visited the site periodically and thru pictures. I strongly recommend Paul for your project. He was a partner. The only criticism to the project is that I would offer, is for the amount of work that was done I should have had him include someone to clean the home professionally.

Paul did a great job installing my floor. He kept the pattern straight all thru the house despite the extra work it was to do so. They cleaned up after themselves and didn t leave construction dust behind. Very pleased with the work that was done.

I want to thank Paul and his workers for their wonderful workmanship and considerations for us to make our experience with this project as pleasant as possible. We strongly recommend their services.

Very personable and respectful of ourselves, and our home. We would hire again and definitely would recommend.

Paul and his crew were outstanding and we would recommend them to anyone looking to get their floors done/replaced. His attention to detail was on point and made sure we were completely satisfied before all the work was completed. He also kept the work area clean as he moved from one part of the house to the other and was very tentative when we had questions. Please do not look any further when searching for a contractor that is hard working, trustworthy and full of integrity. Thanks Paul!

AMAZING SERVICE, PERFECT QUALITY, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, GOOD PRICE. I was in a tight time crunch and needed someone asap, and was expecting to pay quite a bit for this. Paul and his team did phenomenally all around on installing laminate flooring and baseboard throughout the house as well as vinyl flooring in one room. They did so at a great price, worked quickly with 4 guys, and did everything in a very professional manner. He showed up on time on a Sunday because he knew I was in a crunch. He was very patient and answered all my questions. Before he left after our initial discussion, he made sure I had the exact amount of laminate necessary, all the transitions, the proper underlayment, etc. He stayed for over an hour to ensure when he came back that everything would be proper to get the install done in 1 day. He brought out a team of 4 guys and they did the whole job in a day in an extremely professional manner. Every detail was done perfectly, including the laminate, vinyl and baseboard. He was very friendly, patient, personable and easy to work with.

We hired Paul to install wood laminate flooring to my downstairs. I wasn't home for this. Paul made sure that he supplied me with pictures from removing my tile and carpet to the final product. Paul and his crew were very professional. I will definitely be using him again to do my upstairs flooring and would recommend him to everyone.

Had a factory defect in the flooring we provided which wasn't evident until it was partially installed. The defect also wasn't extremely obvious to the untrained eye. They pointed this out to us and said they would uninstall the part they had installed and repackage it and carry 35 or so boxes downstairs and reload it in my truck if we wanted to return it. We did this and picked out new flooring and they promptly returned in a couple of days to complete the job. They lost several hours of their time doing this at no extra charge. Excellent quality of work and great customer service. We are very happy with our new floor.

professional ,great job would recommend Paul and his crew for any job

Paul was great about staying in contact. He happened to finish a project early and called to see if he could stop by to do the estimate early. It worked out. Because his initial project ended early, he came out the next day and took care of the repairs. Very fast service, friendly. I highly recommend.
