The Job was done carelessly. Uneven sanding created rippling on the floor, which is showing unevenness and bumps on the floor. Precaution was not taken with kitchen cabinet base, so he ended up damaging the floor, the kitchen cabinets base. After going thru Angi and my Attorney he came back and acknowledged the issue and promised to come back but never showed up again. He stood us up the day he promised to come back. He is not replying to anyone and now we are proceeding with lawsuit.

Brandon (owner) took my money and did not finish the job after promising numerous times that he would come, he is dishonest, and very unprofessional. Save time and energy and hire someone else who believes in customer service and being professional.

"This is the furthest thing from truth. The fact of the matter is I stained you floor the color you agreed on and then didn't like it and I volunteered to come back for FREE! Which I did. You had a complaint about dust after I finished your steps and living room. Which you loved. I told you and your husband that I'll give you the money for the hallway upstairs because I don't want the complain of the dust. You as well as your husband seen all the vacuums that we used and there was no dust when we worked as your husband can confirm. I'm sorry that this project didn't work out, however dishonest and just taking peoples money I never do."

Do not use this Company. Extremely unprofessional - his team sanded and stained the floors in my apartment. First off - there are still a ton of scratches and he did not pull out any of the appliances to finish the floors under them. Second of all - his team left a huge oil stain on the rug of my building, to which they admitted to. He said he would come to clean it, but then stopped answering my calls and texts. I am now going to be stuck paying for carpet replacement in the hallway of my building. Extremely unprofessional and appalling.

Brandon was outstanding from start to finish. As a one-man force of nature, he sanded, stained and coated 1000 sq ft of wood flooring all by himself in 2.5 days and not only do the floors look amazing, he was flexible, worked with us and gave us expert advice. I’m sure we were a bit annoying to deal with considering our dogs, the fact that we were always in and around his workspace and had to ask him to change his timing but he did all of that without a grumble. It’s rare to get quality work with outstanding personal interactions but that’s what we got. Thanks Brandon.
