I strongly advise you to do a search on the owner?s name (Sammy Mullis) and read the news stories about him. If, afterward, you really want to be the next in a long line of people since 2010 to hand him a check to cash before he does the job, I wish you luck. He is an excellent salesman, so I?ll give him 1 full star for that.
