Bobbie, the girl who came to clean, was very polite. She didn't waste any time but started cleaning as soon as she arrived. I was very pleased with her and the work she did.

I contacted Elegant Touch Cleaning for a one-time thorough cleaning and had certain agreements on their service. When they came to clean, they did a good job on the bathrooms and one bedroom. Dusting overall was not good, and they said they could not perform certain duties, even certain ones they had agreed upon, like cleaning out the refrigerator and microwave. The two people that showed up were pleasant, but the overall service was not satisfactory. We had to clean while they were here, and finish cleaning the house after they left.

Very good first visit. If this performance continues, I expect to use them every 2 weeks for the indefinite future. Would definitely recommend to friends & neighbors.
