Been A Realtor for over 15+ years, dealt with multiple Home Inspectors. Larkin's Knowledge is in the top 2-3% of inspector I have dealt with. Cutting edge technology like infra-red reading of walls is a huge help in detecting water in un-seeable area's in between walls. Larkin has built over 500 home and his knowledge shows.
