Had to reschedule due to weather issues and they finally came out late one evening. After the first visit, they got the measurement and had to make the window as it was a double pane insert. So when it came time to install, it was not the correct size, the installer incorrectly guessed at the measurement, it was close but not there, off by an 1/8th or so. It fit but without the rubber molding that was around the original window. So silicon was applied to seal the window rather than remake the window and come back another day. All in all the gentleman was very nice and I do believe the window will last and be sound and weather tight.
