I checked with multiple companies, this company was good at getting back to me quickly and explained what the costs was on my estimates. They took time out to explained everything to me, which I liked, and they knew what they were talking about. They were able to do the work quickly, they were clean, and left the house clean and they did a good job.

Thankful for all the office support, and communication. Installer Marvin was really great, very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. The estimating technician Edwardo recommended the things needed for house and estimated accordingly.

They are not the cheapest, but the most efficient. Their quality of work is excellent.

I paid $1600 for: Drier vent replacement, duct cleaning, furnace cleaning, air intake cleaning, UV lamp and some sort of mist. I would do this all again because I believe I needed it; but this was a far cry from a little drier vent cleaning that I expected. And way more money than I had expected to pay. So just be aware of the fact that they will point out all your issues an you'll be fine. They are prompt, courteous, industrious, clean workers. I'm happy with the work. I do feel, however, that the expense was high for 3 hours labor for two people and few parts.

they were very professional and sold me a few things that were needed they sold me on a deep cleaning and air freshner that left my rental smelling wonderful .I will hire them to do my own house in a few weeks

They came out right away and were finished in no time. This is an apartment building with the vents going to the roof. It was more of a job than they expected but got the work done in about 2 hours. We are going to have them come out once a year so our coin-op dryers work more efficiently.

Good, fast courteous service

I would have liked to have seen the before and after on the duct cleaning. The sales person suggested that I have the furnace cleaned. After seeing their work on the furnnace, I thought the furnance cleaning price was a bit high, almost $700 for about 1.5 hours of labor for vacuuming and dusting the furnance and motor. Hindsight, I would sub-contracted that part of the work. The crew was friendly and moved very fast. In the end, I was satisfied with the work, but not satisfied with the extraordinary high price to clean the furnance.

I "might" recommend them. They did an "OK" job. However they should focus some efforts on training their technicians with "listening and communication" skills. When I scheduled my appointment, I told the person on the phone I lived in a condo and my laundry was on the second floor with no rooftop access. It was difficult communicating with the technicians, they did not seem to speak or comprehend good english. A little frustrating.

did the air duct cleaning properly. only concern i have is they are in constant "selling" mode. the gentleman was trying to "upsell" everything under the sun, from high end filtering systems for the furnace, and other duct and patch work, and it got extremely annoying. i understand we're all in this world to make some money, but this would be a reason i wouldnt use this company again.

the team called me towards the end of my window time to tell me the job they were doing was taking more time than they expected. they promised to clean my vents first thing next day. they kept their promise and cleaned the vent in a timely manner.

The actual work was fine but one of the techs kept trying to sell me on other services and a furnace cleaning after being told, repeatedly and politely, 'no'. It got annoying. He actually brought an air purifier into my office upstairs, turned it on and asked me to go in there and notice the difference in the quality of air. What I did notice was something that smelled like it was "burining". I brought him up there and he said that "smell was the smell of purified air". Well, in my opinion, purified air should not smell at all. I understand and respect his wanting to sell me other services. The service and cleaning were fine and were on time.

I like work on this company cause I have experience for this kind of job.

The one man wasn't involved in the duct cleaning at all. If he were, they could have easily been more thorough, an in the same amount of time. The last company I hired used a large truck-mounted vacuum device to really suck the lint out of the vent. This company used the rotating-brush snake method. The next time I will shop and try to find a company that does both. I know the cleaning guys recommended cleaning the ducr every year. However, doubt I'm the only one who usually falls short of that. A more complete cleaning would be even better for procrastinators, and would make a huge difference after it's done.

my expererience was very bad. All they were interested in was selling me a system I told them, many times I did not want. The man that was pushing me kept bugging me for 2 hours before he finally stopped. Then the job that I hired them for, cleaning the dryer vent, they did not do properly. The vent was still clogged. I had to hire someone else to come back and finish the job. There was no way that I was letting them back into my house.
