I want to thank Eric, the installation team and the office staff over at Cool Pro Mechanical. They did an amazing job from start to finish. Eric was very knowledgeable and was very helpful in finding the right AC/Heating system for our home. Eric answered all our questions and concerns and the office staff was very prompt in getting quotes and installation set up. The work was done professionally, on time and exactly when discussed. The value for the unit, installation and customer service is exceptional. I would highly recommend this company.

Eric was wonderful, patient and willing to take time to provide explanations and education. His office staff are extremely pleasant and efficient. I was very concerned about hiring through an on line source. However, since I had no personal recommendations, this was the way I had to go and I am fortunate to have found Eric/Cool Pro Mechanical.

Very professional and fare. They provided us an honest price. But most importantly they had guided us to take advantage of power company rebates to end-up with a 20 Seer unit for the Price of a 15 Seer unit. Highly recommend them

Eric is a very knowledgeable working supervisor he attends to every detail until everything is correct. His crew is very attentive and dedicated. Also, their pricing and scheduling are very reasonable.

Eric explained everything to us in a way we could understand and listened to what we wanted out of the system without trying to up sell us. We now have an AC and Heat pump we love and is right for us. I would recommend them highly to anyone putting in a system in an old house. Great work that looks like it belongs here.
