These folks do a fantastic job and are a great value for the money. I could barely keep up with how fast they moved my stuff from my home to a storage facility. Very friendly and toile the time to make sure all my items were where I wanted them.

Instructions were given clearly in English and Spanish. Boxes were clearly marked. Boxes for upstairs were left downstairs. My husband can't carry them upstairs because of knee surgery. I am 100 pounds...so I carried everything piece by piece up the stairs. It took days and days because I also work full time AND part time. No thanks. I did the review on the company's text they sent and they didn't even respond.

The three movers were professional, efficient, personable & extremely careful with my delicate possessions. I have moved 4 times in the past years using other companies and these 3 movers beat all others by 200%, They packed quickly AND carefully!

Element movers were prompt, friendly and provided excellent service. The movers were quick and efficient, yet they handled all my belongings with care.

Worse moving company that I have dealt with out of the several moves that I have done in the past 5 years. Everything is contracted out so they have no real control. Never ship with a company that combines your order with a national shipper. Missed both dates provided to me. Belongings arrived a week after I did, and it took be two days to get back. About 7 hours to pack and load a two bedroom apartment with 3 people that took 2 to do in a few hours and had my items in 2 days. Cost me double to ship back to NC than it cost to ship down to Texas. It was no lie a total nightmare.

Consolidation of shipments is an industry standard and necessary in order to keep the price of shipping household goods affordable. There was a change in the order for the move which resulted in a change in the price. However, we would like to encourage you to file a claim with our 3rd party claims company, CSI. We contacted CSI and initiated a claim file for you so all you have to do is log in and file your claim. We regret that your move did not happen without incidence and will offer you compensation for any items which are deemed our legal liability through the claims process. We appreciate you and want to thank you for trusting Element Moving & Storage to assist with your relocation. Please allow us the opportunity to change your opinion of our services. Thank you.

Scheduled between 8 and 10 am. Did not show up til 5:30 pm. Very stressful. Did a good job once they got started and made quick work of te move.

Not only did they come on time but they came and did the job in the same amount of time I was quoted for. The movers were quick efficient and transported my belongings with care. Would definitely recommend.

    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
