Elementar was great to work with. Our project coordinator was Max and he was knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful. The crew that did the labor were amazing, despite the language barrier. I am absolutely ? delighted with our new patio. My one and only displeasure with the project is the damage done to my lawn and that there is still a pile of dirt/sand or kwikcrete on the street in front of our home. Still, I would use them again as well as recommended them to anyone.

Did not do what they said they were going to do. They said they would cut away the tree roots. They did not remove the old driveway. They lined the entire driveway with ugly white cement, which cracked and fell apart. We are having to remove it. Because they did not remove the old cement , one has to walk up hill to get to the porch, and consequently more than half of the step to the porch is gone. It is costing a lot of money to fix it. We are trying to sell the house, and have moved up North. Have to come back here and fix the entire driveway. Very unhappy.

I see many great reviews mentioning Max and Gustavo. Maybe that is where I went wrong. The project got off to a rocky start and I should have went with my gut. I worked with Daniel who was rarely present. In the beginning, he quoted me a price. At the time, it was more than I was looking to spend so I wanted to keep looking. A short time later, I texted him with a price that was higher than I was looking to spend. I asked what he could do for that price and he said he could do travertine like my wife and I were looking for. Needless to say, this changed after speaking with him. He asked if he could stop by and take another look. He brought his boss by and his boss was pretty pleasant and seemed to know what he was talking about. He menioned several things they could do the project my wife and I wanted and make it look nice. I still was not sure because it was going to be additional money. He told Daniel to put together a couple of proposals and drawings to show my wife and I some design options that would give us what we wanted, travertine, but in a less expensive design. I never got the proposals. I never heard from daniel again until I called him. My wife really wanted to travertine and Elementar did seem like a reputable company that would do good work. We decided to put aside the poor/lack of communication with daniel and I gave him a call. I could continue on but, this would drag on. The bottom line is that we had a horrible experience. Maybe it was Daniel. The project was not the way we wanted. Daniel never discussed it with us. Placement of tile, how high it was going to be nothing. When I brought up the fact to him on the phone that he never once consulted my wife and me, he literally began yelling at me as his crew stood there in front of me waiting for direction. He made it clear to me that my project was small and I asked for paver. He put pavers. He also reminded me that I know nothing about pavers he did it the way it would look best. After completion, we had about a 5-inch step off of our patio. Even Daniel said he did not realize it would be so high. He also said he was surprised that they left a 1-foot piece on one side, he said he would have told them to do the 2-foot piece since the rest would be wasted. He was never around... I am still working, hoping to get somethings fixed. I have a sprinkler head that was buried and has now washed out the sand under a couple of times. I have made a couple of calls and Bruno seemed ready to help. Unfortunately, the communication with him slowed once I made the final payment. I guess I will see how it ends. I looking for a bid on a second project and sadly, not even considering this company.

BUYER BEWARE! They installed the synthetic grass but did not put in a barrier to keep moles from ruining it. Within a couple months we had ruts and holes through out the entire yard. I have been working with them since October of 2020 on this issue and they have still yet to offer a solution or repair. The worst customer experience I have ever had working with any company.

I worked with Fabio...very professional. We love our new landscapes.

Max and his crew did an awesome job. I am extremely particular and they worked through everything. Explained the process and why/ what was being completed. They handled all of the HOA paperwork for me. No negative comments about this company. I would recommend them (already have) to friends and family. Thank you again for such an incredible job!

Fantastic job installing a paver walkway. They were very flexible with scheduling since I delayed the work almost 6 weeks while we built a porch first. They finished the job in 1 day, although it was dark before I could inspect the quality of their work. They had no problem coming back the next day for my approval and final payment.

Several problems,,broken sprinkler lines, broken head thatâ s been continually leaking for 4 days now,,,the pavers werenâ t correctly places,,,one whole side of my driveway is one color instead of mixed...

The workers were courteous and professional. Very positive and willing to correct anything that we may had found not to our liking.

Very professional and workmanship done very nice. Reason I dont give customer services 5 rating is due to lack of communications and delay in responding back to me in several occasions , but beside that my sales agent was professional and explain all the process until installation. I have recommended this company to my friends and family for the work was done in a timely manner.

Great work once it was done...but communications via phone and text was a bit delayed in responding my questions and concerns.

Gustavo was a delightful ambassador for Elementar. He was always prompt, professional, accommodating . The job was finnished on time and was of outstanding quality. I would recommend him and his company to anyone

They were extremely professional and diligent. The quality and workmanship is second to none. If there are any issues they resolve them right away. They are very creative and I would highly recommend them.
