I had four quotes for replacing my patio and driveway, I chose Element Concrete for a different reason then their quote. The price was very good but I had a very good gut feeling after meeting with Elder and talking about the project. I was right Elder and his crew were fantastic. My project was fairly big appx. 30yds concrete and they started and finished in four days. Workmanship 5 stars. We are very very pleased with the finished product. You can't get any better than Elder and Crew

I am so happy with the job that was done to rebuild the concrete steps on my front porch. They did a great job. Additionally, it was a pleasure dealing with the owner, Elder. He was extremely nice.

First, I did not know Elder or his company previously. I got his name and company from the HomeAdvisor. I checked out his reviews. and follow up. Elder was responsive, accommodated my concerns, committed to our agreed schedule and completed the project on time per the agreed schedule. His project cost estimate was very fair. He and his staff were professional and diligent during the project construction and clean up. He applied for the necessary permit and facilitated the process. Elder and his dedicated staff are experienced and the quality of their workmanship is outstanding. Elder kept me informed of the projectâ s progress & status. My project was completed as planned. I highly recommend Elder and his company. Iâ m very pleased with the completed project. They do quality work!

Customer serviceâ Amazing for 2 key reasons #1- The little projects not on the plan such as hanging the new double gate opening â my husband was going to doâ and I notice 2 more areas thatâ s were sinking while they were there--- Elder and his team took the time to handle them for me. #2 he realized that though we said the sidewalk area down the side of the home could wait if they didnâ t do that now the water issue would just be relocated. He then gave us a good price on that additional work and I am glad it all is done. Drains are now under the walkway instead of a trip hazards. We Highly recommended Elder and his team actually completed 3 projects at my recently purchased Home in Mt Holly--- YES he travels outside of the 08629 area Code. After the great work, he completed at the Trenton property my son had him stop by to discuss water issues near one of the rear entryways of the house. He explained the overall problem was due to bad grading and pitch of certain areas. Gave us a scope on the overall total fixâ explained what parts couple wait- and priced them out separately for us.

If ask me, look nowhere else, and here is why- 1st-when someone honors an estimate from 3/19/19 yes over a year prior-- via phone call/and texted image on 4/16/20 and has the work done by 4pm 4/20/20 if that not enough. Keep reading 2nd- The entire team was professional and left areas of my yard that had nothing to do with the work better than when they arrived. 3rd- Price was great! ( yes the price is big for most but when you get the above service you have to call it great--because of the value add of #1 and 2) As a realtor for investors, Elder-Element Concrete has for sure earned a place on the Favorites list in my phone. Looking forward to working with him in the future.

They gave a great estimate, came in at the estimate. Completed in one day and were fully insured, dealt with the township inspectors and were very clean.

The replacement of our sidewalks and curbs was done at a fair price, in a timely manner, by highly trained professionals. Elder and his crew exceeded my expectations. Prior experiences with contractors have caused me to be suspicious of reviews but in this case his recent reviews were well taken. His explanation of what needed to be done and WHY was very refreshing. Elements accommodated our changes and suggestions and did it with an eye for meeting my budget. All of the crew were extremely hard workers and professional. At the end of the concrete work I asked for recommendations for some other small projects and Elder said his crew could address those as well and a very moderate price was quoted and accepted. All in all they treated our property with respect and I have started to show off their work to my neighbors. I am very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Elements Concrete!

I had my driveway blacktop replaced with stamped concrete. Elder and his crew did an amazing job. It is so beautiful and rich looking. They cleaned up after each time they came. I'm so happy with my new driveway. It increased the value of my home....for sure. Elder is easy to work with...He cares about you.

Excellent job!! We had them knock down our old porch and build a new and bigger one with concrete and stone. We changed the plans a couple times and Elder the owner did exactly what we asked and was very accommodating. His crew was top notch and very neat, cleaned up every night before they left. Elder and his crew did an amazing job . They were very accommodating, we changed are plans the morning they started. They were able to come up with a new plan and it came out perfect. Elder and his crew are hard-working reliable and very professional . They were very respectful of my property they cleaned up after each day. They were able to match new stamped concrete with 18-year-old existing stamped concrete. I am very pleased with the results. They paid attention to detail and finished on time. Update! He came and fixed everything. He is honest,hard working, and dependable. I am sure he will do a great job for whoever hires him next. Great guy but the project is not finished and very sloppy. I can't tell you how bad. He is still trying to make amends.

I hired Elder and his crew late last summer to remove and replace the concrete patio slab in the back of my house. They did a fabulous job. The only minor complaint/concern I had is that they used sand at the edge of the patio to make up for the difference in height between the edge and the grass (my patio backs up into a grassy common area of the development in which I live). Elder told me the best time to put down grass seeds to take care of it, but I wish I had been made aware of the fact that I would need to do that ahead of time. Fortunately my HOA hasn’t said anything about it, but the reality is that I could’ve been (and I guess still can be) penalized for damaging the common area. Other than that issue, I was pleased with the service.

Scheduled estimate through homeadvisor. Elder arrived on time and gave estimate which was a fair price for the 12 x 22 concrete slab I wanted done. They came in the day it was scheduled to be done and everything went well. They came back the next day to remove forms and make saw cuts. Elder has all the right equipment to get the job done right. I have no complaints at all!!! Him and his crew work their ass off. I would refer them to everyone. Already discussed future work to be performed next year while they were here and plan on hiring them again.
