The owner Justin turned my dream into a nightmare. He's a good talker & very convincing but the problem is he doesn't follow through with what he says. He frequently fails to return calls or emails. Some suppliers were complaining to me about not being paid although I had given Justin the money. The project took months and months longer than promised because he had no one to come in and do the work. Four YEARS after completion, if you can call it that, he had not closed the permit. This could have caused major problems when I tried to sell the house After trying to work with him for almost 10 months, I finally had to get all the work done myself and pay the final permit fee. I don't ever want to hear the name Elements Construction or Justin deatherage again.
