Elements Landscape Design

I found Elements landscaping via home advisor. Both Theo and Nicole were wonderful to work with. Being in Georgia I never met Theo before the project began. He worked very well with my on site contractor who raved about him. Theo was very conscience about the yard and made several suggestions for improvements. One of which was a couple of retaining walls to prevent movement of the shale onto walkways and driveways. He did fantastic work on those walls and made the grounds look absolutely stunning. When I was finally able to meet Theo I understand what makes him such a great contractor. He is "salt of the earth" and truly cares about his projects. Thank you Theo and Nicole, I look forward to finding more work for you soon. Matthew

They removed a bunch of poison oak for me in Beverly Hills. I never had to hunt them down. They kept me updated and were excellent at communicating with me over about a month of service (multiple visits). They were professional, went the extra mile and made everything easy.

Innovative design of planter and fountain to replace old fountains! Delightfully pleasing re-purposing of many of the existing plants.

I am a 70 years old physician. This was my worst experience with a contractor in my life. With regards to work quality, it was good but the man who runs the company, is loud, mean and very difficult to communicate. He interrupts you and does not let you finish your sentence. Everything for him is money, money and money. He changes the words while the project is going on and creates new expenses for the same job to make more money, even though nothing is added to the project. He charges everything two or three times more than reasonable value or expense. At the end I had to pay him before I had the opportunity to check the completion of the project. After I checked the job, I found out that he has blocked the main drain of the front yard, but it was too late because he was paid completely. He was paid to the last penny of the signed contract, but it was not enough. He was and is asking more money base on what he thinks he deserves but not existing in the signed contract. He made my wife and me very nervous during the job. He did not clean up completely after finishing the job and when my wife asked him to please clean up, with a loud voice he said "I am not your maid". I wish I never met him.

Extremely professional and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. Best price by far.

Reliably punctual, neat and the final product outstanding. The owner was on-site every time one of his team members was present. He consulted with us every step of the way, making sure our vision and his recommendations were in sync.

Outstanding prompt, personal service, and work quality.

I recommend them.

They were very friendly prompt and very easy to work with.
