I hired Remy is Summer 2022 to replace a rotting deck with a paver patio and pergola. Remy started a design and took a 1/3 deposit for construction. The rot from the deck extended into the house, necessitating pushing the project to 2023. That's when Remy ghosted me. I initiated 2 phone calls in Feb/Mar. 2023, sent multiple e-mails and texts in April and May with no response. Finally got in touch by text May 12, and he promised to look at the project. Went radio silent until mid-June again, when I demanded a refund as the project was not being worked on (still no completed design!). Remy replied with an e-mail that he was still on board, and that the job would start in 2 weeks. And ... no contact again for weeks. Refund demanded again in July by e-mail. Finally, July 14, 2023 he says he needs to requote the job. Fired him and hired another contractor. See my BBB complaint at: [Link Removed]

I spoke to the owner Remy about putting in a patio and taking out three flower beds and planting grass. He also leveled my back yard and planted grass. The patio and yard looks great because he has a great crew that works extremely hard with attention to detail. We are so happy with their work and it was to hire one Company who does everything. As you can tell I highly recommend them

Despite an April snow and a few other weather challenges, Remy and his team built us a patio that will last longer than we do! We gave him $7000.00 on a down payment for materials back in April 2020. It is now July and no work has been started. He has given us many excuses in the beginning, but now, will not answer calls or texts. We have asked for a full refund with no response. We are senior citizens and he has taken our money with no intention of doing the job. Update 2/11/21 In August of 2020 he contacted us we continued the contract with him to do the patio and we now have finished patio.

"Due to COVID-19, all clients from the prior year, as well as new clients attained in the winter of 2020, were put on hold until we could obtain State and Federal approval to be considered **essential workers**. After all, paperwork was approved and safety equipment and measures were put in place we began like all companies to try and play catch up. Unfortunately for us we some positive COVID tests with workers throughout the early summer so we were at half staff most of the time. We did in fact complete the project and there was never any intention not to. The patio is beautiful and even additional work was added because of how well we performed."

The contractor started the project in December 2019. The project is not completed, and no work has been done since March, 2020. The owner has not responded to phone calls or emails since May.

There was plenty of money remaining in the contract so no loss to anyone unless there were changes made. I?m very proud of the impossible engineering performance and apologize we were not able to to work in March through May+ due to the virus."

Remy came to my home and was very kind and showed us how to renovate our existing deck without removing and starting over. It saved us thousands of dollars and the work is perfect! I like the honest approach and speed the work was completed. Highly recommend his 3D design services

Ron Muir - Toledo OhioCommunication, communication, communication that is Remy strong suit. He will not talk to you over the phone he just texts you. I had to make the initial contact 86% of the time. He would not keep me informed on my project unless I asked him what was going on. I would not recommend giving him 50% down either, that was a huge mistake on my part.Remy said that there was too much rain this year which got everyone behind, I get that. But why would he text me on May 6th and tell me my job was next on his schedule. Finally on June 28th they came and worked two days then I did not see anyone until July 20th for a day and a half. He always had some excuse why they were not working on my project. Then on Sept. 4th and 6th they finally finished my patio, sidewalks and driveway.Be prepare to take your emotional roller coaster ride with Remy .

"Project was completed 100% perfectly. Due to the weather delays we at no charge poured a stamped concrete sidewalk valued at $1,200. Customer also never paid his final draw due and rudely said that is what you get for making me wait. This review should be removed because it is inaccurate"

They quoted me a price on building a fire pit with a brick sitting area around the pit. They worked with me to find something to fit my budget. The crew did an outstanding job and the fire pit area looks outstanding. My wife loved it and we both could not say enough good things about Remy and his crew. I will use them again for other projects and would highly recommend them.

the idea they had for our steps and walkway was great! it turned out wonderful. It matches the house perfectly. they saved us a lot of money and even gave us a $250 discount for paying in cash. And on top of it all gave front steps from our porch for free.

I have been trying to contact CEO Remy Genot for 3 weeks to have him come to my home and look at this project and finish the job. This was to be a 2 or 3-day job to complete. Stay away from this Contractor, Completely incompetent.

"Project was a retaining wall replacement to exact size of the old one. After perfect completion client wanted it higher and demanded I do it or a bad review. I did so and it cost me over $1,000 to keep my rating high. In the end a negative review was made and I was given an apology by his wife because the wall is perfect."

This is the worst company ever to work for us. EVER! FOUR MONTHS later. And the work is not done. The sidewalk floods because its below grade. Sprinkler system is not repaired after they broke it. We have spent $ 1000 in other repairs from their negligent behavior. Never hire this company. Take the owner s name down. I m sure he will close this company and he will re-surface somewhere else to try to hide his poor reputation.

"Cannot start a project in the rain and mud. There is no grass in the backyard and only mud from the non-stop rain. As I type this it is raining and we have already had 113 days of rain this year so it is not our fault for any delays."

"It took forever to get started because it has rained a record amount of days this Spring according to the national weather service. So it is ALL contractors that are miserably behind. In regards to the yard being a mess that is untrue. We have photos of a completely cleaned up yard once complete. The street is the only area we had to clean and that took days because it rained constantly. Concrete looks perfect and photos to prove it."

Absolutely beautiful finished product. Contractor never complained when we wanted something done differently. Workers were absolutely respectful and conscientious. The only negative point I would bring up is the unorthodox work schedule we were subjected to, although in defense of the contractor we did have two days of rain which did screw up the schedule.
