"Thank you so much! It was a great project with a great customer. Anything you need please notify me and will respond promptly. And, YES, I am finally getting the yard signs made you requested!"
"Thank you, Jahnine! My biggest challenge was to not destroy your yard and it worked! Fun design to do and I appreciate you trusting me with the color selection. Omg your house was so hard to blend with but we did it together!"
"Due to COVID-19, all clients from the prior year, as well as new clients attained in the winter of 2020, were put on hold until we could obtain State and Federal approval to be considered **essential workers**. After all, paperwork was approved and safety equipment and measures were put in place we began like all companies to try and play catch up. Unfortunately for us we some positive COVID tests with workers throughout the early summer so we were at half staff most of the time. We did in fact complete the project and there was never any intention not to. The patio is beautiful and even additional work was added because of how well we performed."
"Due to COVID as we discussed I could not work. The contractor you hired to take over said to me my work completed was phenomenal. There was plenty of money remaining in the contract so no loss to anyone unless there were changes made. I?m very proud of the impossible engineering performance and apologize we were not able to to work in March through May+ due to the virus."
"Roy was awesome to work for. He did not take any excuses and if you said you would be there you better. I am so happy he is happy with my construction. Really great guy!"
"Thank you for the great review. You and Pat are very kind and enjoyed are chats! We take a group motorcycle trip one day!"
"Was a pleasure working for you. Your deck frame was fine and all was needed was some additional supports before the composite was installed. The addition to the deck went smooth and 99% of my blueprints fortunately lined up perfect! Enjoy your new deck my friend."
"School teachers rule! Your project was a bit tough but I made sure nothing was destroyed or needing to be replaced due to poor preparation. The wall is 100% solid and of course if ever any issues please text me."
"COVID-19 project omg. It went well and fast all while you were stuck inside your home. Both of you were very kind and I honestly appreciated the great review."
"Project was completed 100% perfectly. Due to the weather delays we at no charge poured a stamped concrete sidewalk valued at $1,200. Customer also never paid his final draw due and rudely said that is what you get for making me wait. This review should be removed because it is inaccurate"
"Mark you were an easy going customer and your review is much appreciated. Enjoy the new backyard this summer my friend."
"Thank you for the kind review. If you ever have an issue please notify me. Ignore the warranty in the contract as I tell all clients. I will do touch-ups as needed years down the road"
"Think you for the great review. I pray all is well and your goals with the house have been met."
"Project was a retaining wall replacement to exact size of the old one. After perfect completion client wanted it higher and demanded I do it or a bad review. I did so and it cost me over $1,000 to keep my rating high. In the end a negative review was made and I was given an apology by his wife because the wall is perfect."
"Cannot start a project in the rain and mud. There is no grass in the backyard and only mud from the non-stop rain. As I type this it is raining and we have already had 113 days of rain this year so it is not our fault for any delays."
"It took forever to get started because it has rained a record amount of days this Spring according to the national weather service. So it is ALL contractors that are miserably behind. In regards to the yard being a mess that is untrue. We have photos of a completely cleaned up yard once complete. The street is the only area we had to clean and that took days because it rained constantly. Concrete looks perfect and photos to prove it."
