I was given a bid in 2008 and was unable to afford the work at that time. This summer when I had the money I called Casey and had him come out to tell me if he could still do the job for the amount of the original bid and he said yes. I assumed, foolishly, that he was a professional painter and would scrape and sand what was needed. There was some siding that could use replaced and I decided that only the very bad piece in back could be done at this time. He power washed and did minimal scraping if any. He has been paid in full and is unwilling to come back and make the job right. If he could not do the job correctly he should have said
