"This is not an accurate review. there was a misunderstanding with the British engineer who thinks he knows more about air conditioning than I do. I tried to tell him to begin with it is not in the normal operating parameters to set a thermostat below 65 degrees f. This is air conditioning 101 but he persisted so I did what he wanted and it has been working properly all this time. It did not take 4 weeks to install but thank you for the feedback. There is nothing I would do any differently. I am sorry if he thought it was rude to have a difference of opinion but his is a different culture and I am entitled to my hard earned professional knowledge."
